Breaking news: Surgeon general calls for warning labels on social media platforms

Monday, June 17, 2024 5:04 AM ET Dr. Vivek Murthy, the nation's top health official, cannot unilaterally require warning labels. Congress would have to approve such an action, and no such legislation has yet been introduced in either chamber.
